Default Dumbbell Only Workouts

I was reading the blogs and thought some might find this useful. I travel sometimes as part of my job. I don't rely on finding a gym so I put adjustable dumbbells in the boot of my car. These are some routines I use. I will keep adding to this thread as and when I get time.

WORKOUT #1

LUNGES

PUSH UPS

ROWS

OVERHEAD PRESSES

CURLS

CALF RAISES
