Default Interesting. What is your max natural potential? How close are you?

Found this on another forum but it's pretty neat and appears to be rather accurate.
    Explanation:

Online calculator to use for it:

My weight is about 193 at 10% bodyfat. Long ways to go.

I think between the calculator you posted and the Fat Free Mass Index calculator, people should get a pretty good idea of what to expect of their natural potential.

I would like to see some sort of a similar calculator be used in bodybuilding contests. It would bring back the classic physiques, for sure.

If you don't know your measurements, try the calculator that I posted and just mess around with the numbers until you get an FFMI of 25.

For me, the weights were identical on both calculators.

I dont know if i should be disappointed or happy about this calculator. According to it i only have about 15 more lbs of lean muscle i can possibly gain. And the measurements it says i'm supposed to have i'm exactly right or 1-2 inches less right now. Maybe i'm an exception hell i've defied logic before.

Maximum Muscular Bodyweight and Measurements Calculator

    Height:68.5 inWrist:7 in
    Ankle:9 in

Your estimated maximum muscular bodyweight at ~9% bodyfat is: 189.9 lbs

Your estimated maximum muscular measurements (@ ~8%-10% bodyfat) are:

    Chest:46.9 inBiceps:16.9 in
    Forearms:13.5 in Neck:16.5 in
    Thighs:24.8 inCalves:16.7 in

For my actuals, I'll have to check back in later and edit this post for some of them. Here's what I know so far from measuring my left side:

    Calves are 16.25
Biceps are just a shade over 15
    Forearms are 12.25
Chest is roughly 40-42 (Can't get naked to find out while I'm here at work)
Thighs are roughly 20-21 for the same nakedness estimate....
    My neck sucks....13.10

I currently weigh 178-183, depending on the day of the week, at around 12-17% bodyfat. So that means I could lose 10-15 pounds of fat and put on 15-20 pounds of muscle and still be natural. I'd be seriously impressed if I could do that, because I've always been a hard gainer with chubby tendencies.

Nice find. Thank you very much for sharing the link.

Around 195 at 10% BF. The FFMI has me closer to 185-190 at that BF percentage. It's good to have a mark though.
