^^That's a helluva list. The common theme with it is that it's all whole foods. It's really, really hard to go wrong with what nature provides us.

    Default CT's Food List

Thanks for the link. I think it will help. I am just going to have to keep reading to find out how much I should have(portion sizes and frequency), and hopefully budget right for it. Wish me luck!

Actually, I always saw her as the female counterpart to MM.
I'm sure neither one considers themselves badder than the other.

    Cucumber
    Onions
    Garlic
    Tomatoes

    Occasionally, depending on the recipe
    Celery
    Carrots
    Eggplant
    Zucchini

    Fruit
    bananas,
    oranges,
    apples,
    blueberries,
    lemons
    imes

    Healthy Fats

    Natural Style Peanut Butter
    Olive oil,
    Ground Flaxseed
Nuts (peanuts, raw almonds, walnuts, raw pumpkin seeds)
    Avacodo

    Dairy

    Eggs
Low of Non-Fat cottage cheese, Ricotta
    non-fat unsweetened yogurt
    Unsweetened Almond Milk

    Mustard
    Garlic
    Mushrooms
    Onions
    Dry seasonings (Herbal, etc.)

I eat pretty clean. I have some walmart unsweetened black chocolate, and the odd bag of unsweetened resses mini peanut butter cups. I also have hot air popcorn now and then, and very occasionally, maybe once a month... Show Popcorn. I know, it's pure evil, that's why it's a VERY occasional treat!
