Like I said before, man, I wouldn't pay too much attention to the scale. I can literally gain 3 lbs right now by going and sucking down a few glasses of water. Your weight is also going to fluctuate depending on the time of day you take it, how much sodium and carbs you've had in the last 24 hours, how much water you've sweat out, etc. You are in no way overweight for your height! Just try to enjoy the process and the results will come.

Quick question for you. I noticed in your workout program that you tend to like low weight, high rep exercises. Do you have a specific reason for doing it that way, or is that just what you enjoy?

    Default To answer that:

I like to train light, but my problem is at the moment I can't afford a gym (so I have to do it at home) and I live on the top floor of a duplex, so I anything heavier then what I have now I have to lug those weights upstairs. But now I found out I can afford a gym becaue the YMCA around here offers a discount for people with disabilities. You are right. I'm not overweight at my height at the moment. I just don't like to see so much flab on my body. I didn't use to have all that. Anyway, thank you for telling me to be patient. I'll definitely try harder at that.

stay positive and keep working towards your goals, as said before time of day .... can make a difference, so stay as consistent as possible with timing, when eating/drinking before. I weighed once before a shower and weighed almost a pound and a half more after, just from the water soaked in your skin.
dont judge me based on your ignorance .

Default I don't need to lose weight.

I didn't lose any weight, but that's no big deal to me, because I'm just too lean. Thank you for convincing me of that. I will be signing up for the twelve week challlenge.

There is a difference between your pictures. You are looking leaner. Good job
It’s not about how hard you can hit, it’s about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward…

Hey little guy i read through your post's, you seem very determined through your goals. Keep up the good work! you can see a difference in your pictures.

But might i say confidence is key, Espeicly with me being a 16 year old everyone looks at your apearence and im a big guy but ill tell you what when my confidence gets down i can feel like the fattest and smallest guy in the world. You just gotta envision your self in a couple months and see the future you. thats whats been keeping me motivated for the past couple months.

    Keep it up!
Im in the pursuit of haipeness
