    Default Great Book---The Vegetarian Myth

    by Lierre Keith
As some of you know, I was a vegan for 16 years--raw foodist the last 16 months of that.
Something deep inside of myself started not being cool with it.
If you would like to read an awesome book by a woman who herself was vegan for 20 years, I highly recommend this book.
She goes into the truth about how agriculture involves mass murder and is simply not sustainable--especially with animals pulled out of the equation.
She talks about the physical illnesses which can result from eating grains.
She gives lots of data and speaks from personal experience.
I'm now into the part about how the consumption of soy leads to reproductive problems.
If you are into paleo--this book is along those lines, if not, maybe you dare to read this.
Lierre did not want to find what she found, but she accepted it and dropped veganism.

    PS Think I haven't changed?
    I ate 15 eggs yesterday.
My brain loved the animal fat.

I haven't listened to it yet, but this is a podcast interview that just came out of Lierre Kieth:
