I have never been big a low carbs for those who lift a lot. You gotta get soem energy. However I have been reading a lot about nutreint timing lately. Bascially you try to confine your carbs to your pre/post workout window. This is supposed to make your body use the carbs more effeciently for energy use rahter than get stored as fat. Any thoughts? I am on my way to the doc right now but I can post some more details later.
