Home Gym Setup
So who here does their weight lifting from home?
What equipment do you have?
What equipment do you want to get?
What would you consider the ideal home gym?
I'm in an apartment, but I'd love nothing more then to toss my gym membership the moment I buy a house and set up 'shop' in my garage or basement.
This is what I'd have in mind for my home gym:
-Rack of DBs. 10 - 85 lbs would do fine for me.
-Straight bar and weights.
-A solid adjustable bench. My buddy has this total shit bench he bought years ago. I feel like I'm going to die when I'm on it. I may even need a second bench for decline lifitng (for mah chesticles).
-Smith machine (I'm wishing here). When I'm lifting alone, I find these to be very helpful.
-Dip bars/pullup bar. You know what I mean.
And the most important piece of equipment: A badass stereo system.
Fuck iPod.
