I'm probably like 99.99% of all the other folks out there that are good at starting the clean eating process for the first week or 2, but then after that, the cravings start to kick my @*%! How do you do it. How do you keep the cravings down? I have heard and read about the almond butter and natural peanut butters and they work for a bit, but but dont seem to last. I'm I just weak or is there a cheating method that your ripped son of a guns are hiding from us fat dudes Please help.
