    Default eggs Eggs EGGS!

Eggs were always a part of my healthy eating. So I ask you this ... How do _YOU_ like your eggs?

Lately I've been taking 4 hard boild eggs, then serving them in halves with pepper and a shot of Frank's red hot.

Served with whole grain toast and jam.

4 at a time, over easy. Or, as my wife would call it, "barely warm".

    Heavily dosed with pepper.

edit: I've been known to eat them raw, too.

Over medium for me. If I want a sandwich out of them I cook em pretty good. Hard boiled also works for me. Pepper, pepper pepper!

    Either Scrambled, poached or omelette.

How may eggs do people eat a day?
    Failure is NOT an option.
