Forum: 30 Day Challenge

A shorter Challenge for those just getting their feet wet, or those that have shorter term goals. To start, upload your current "before" pic, along with the 'Quick Survey' (read the rules). That's it, you're registered. Update your Challenge every Monday, INCLUDING an update/progress picture, to keep your Challenge from being 'graveyarded'. At the end of the "Challenge", simply submit a final progress pic with your final post. Please read the rules inside! If the Challenge isn't for you, feel free to start a blog instead (top of this screen, select 'Blogs')
