25 degree incline log press

Pullups superset with 2" double overhand axle shrugs

Pullups and shrugs were easier, grip was much less of a problem on the shrugs.


Bench press with 2" axle - all slow, close grip, no leg drive

255*5 - wrist started bugging me, called it a night.



Spending more time with Emily - she came over in the middle of the pullups/shrugs and it was awesome. ))
